Custom Dancewear Production Timeframes

Custom dancewear and custom costume orders typically require 3 to 8 weeks depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and our current production schedule.

Please note that we do not offer rush services on custom costume orders. We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of competitions, conventions, recitals, showcases, and performances.

Production times begin once all required paperwork, approvals, and payment have been received.

Tell us about your vision, theme, style, and performance needs.

Photos, Sketches, or Inspiration Images
Strongly recommended to ensure design accuracy.

Measurements or Special Sizing Requirements
If applicable.

Fabric and Color Preferences
Choose from our fabric collection, over 200 color options, provide your own fabric, or inquire about sourcing additional materials.

Quantity and Sizes Needed
Available in Child XS through Adult 6XL. We can assist with sizing when measurements are provided.

Required Delivery Date
Please provide the latest date you must have your order in hand.

Once we receive your information, our team will review your request and contact you with any questions. When all details are confirmed, we will prepare a custom quote.

Moving Forward With Your Custom Order

Once your quote is approved, we will:

• Create an account for you if needed
• Prepare an invoice and itemized invoice
• Complete a detailed Custom Order Form
• Email your invoice, itemized invoice, Custom Order Form, Custom Order Contract, and payment options

Before production can begin, you must:

• Review and approve the Custom Order Form
• Sign and return the Custom Order Contract
• Submit payment in full

What We Do and Do Not Offer

BDancewear specializes in custom dancewear, dance costume bases, and made-to-order performance apparel.

At this time, we do not offer rhinestoning, appliqués, fringe application, or finger gloves.

In certain situations, we may accommodate special requests involving buttons, Velcro, or zipper installations.
