    We deeply appreciate your choice of B Dancewear as your go-to dancewear solution! Each item in our collection is meticulously handcrafted to order, allowing us to provide an extensive range of styles, spanning six fabrics and over 200 vibrant colors.

    At B Dancewear, our dedication goes beyond delivering high-quality dancewear. We firmly believe that transparency in our processes not only fosters understanding but also contributes to a seamless and enriched customer experience. Refer below for our company policies.

    Rush Policy:

    As a small business, our lead times may vary based on the season. Understanding that time is of the essence for our customers, we've introduced a 2 Week Rush option at 40% of your order total.

    • By selecting the Rush Order (2 Weeks Fulfillment Time & 2-3 Day FedEx Delivery Time) at checkout, you APPROVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 40% (excluding taxes and shipping)*

    • Opting for this choice won't result in an immediate charge to your card. Instead, our dedicated customer care team will email you a link for payment.

      • We will give you a deadline for when the rush fee needs to be paid by.

      • If the rush fee is not paid for it will remain in Phase 1 of production until we can meet our normal lead time

      • Once we receive payment we can move your order to Phase 2 of production.

    • Selecting this option will speed your order through Phase 1 of production, however, until the additional 40% rush fee is paid, your order will not move to Phase 2 of production.

    *Fee Inclusions: The fee covers double time, 20% workers comp, and 15% allocation for taxes. Taxes may apply to your rush fee if you are in California.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • We firmly adhere to a no-cancellation policy once your order reaches the cutting stage, emphasizing our commitment to sustainable material utilization.

    Shipping Policy:

    • Our trusted shipping partners are FedEx and USPS

    • Once your order has shipped from B Dancewear, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

    • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package or change the shipping speed.

    • B Dancewear does not accept any responsibility for unexpected shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances related to the courier itself,

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • In rare cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about your package: USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.

    • Our shipping cost is subject to change at any time

    • All orders ship USPS which is a 5-7 business day delivery, at checkout you have the option to select FedEx Expedited Shipping which is a 2-3 day delivery.

    • International Shipping: We offer shipping internationally, however, the order must be placed over the phone with our custom care team at 1-888-559-3331

    Return Policy:

    • As each item is meticulously made-to-order, we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds.

    • In the rare instance of receiving an incorrect item, promptly share a photo, your order number, and details with [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We'll expedite the process to send you the correct item or issue a refund.

    Quality Assurance Policy:

    • Committed to delivering excellence, our team ensures the quality of each piece before shipment.

    • If your item doesn't meet our standards, share a photo with us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We'll either replace it or work towards the best solution.

    Customization Policy:

    • Being that our items are made-to-order that allows us to provide some customizations to your order

    • Customization fees are tailored to your needs, complexity and time spent.

    • When inquiring, provide detailed descriptions, color preferences, dimensions, and, if possible, reference photos or sketches to [email protected].

    • For custom orders, purchasing a sample is recommended for exact satisfaction, as we don't offer refunds or exchanges. The cost of your sample will be 3 times the cost of the custom item, should you proceed with your custom order, a portion of the sample cost will applied to your order total.

    • Custom orders typically require 3-6 weeks for production, which means a rush is not available. Keep in mind custom orders may require more than 6 weeks depending on the difficulty of your order. If a quicker time frame is possible, we'll inform you.

    Refund Policy & Eligibility:

    • Refunds are exclusively granted if your order is canceled before production, if an incorrect item or color is sent, or if the received item is damaged and an immediate replacement isn't feasible.

    • Experience a prompt refund process within 5-7 business days if applicable.
