How do I return an item?

Our staff works hard and we put a lot of effort into the item(s) we make especially for you. But if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns or exchanges within 30 ­days from the date you received your order, provided they have not been worn, altered in any way, and have all the original tags still attached. Note that any orders placed on a rush will be non-returnable for a refund, exchange or store credit. We do not allow for any cancellations once your order is placed on a rush.

Did you know we offer free color swatches? Before making your purchase we would be happy to send up to ten free swatches so you can match our colors! These can be ordered under our FABRIC link. We also recommend taking measurements to ensure your item(s) fit correctly and that you consult our SIZING CHART. If you encounter any problems or have questions about sizing or colors during this process, please call us at 1-888-559-3331 or email for customer service.

Returned item(s): There will be a 15% restocking fee based on the total dollar amount of your return.

Exchanged item(s): Store credit is not subject to the 15% restocking fee. You may exchange your item(s) for something different, or receive a store credit for the full value of your item(s).
