Are you passionate about dancewear and love creating content that showcases it? We’re looking for dancers just like you! Our program is open to male and female dancers of all ethnicities and body types, ages 5 and up.

Applicants under 18 must have parental permission to apply. At B Dancewear, we work closely with parents to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

Below, you’ll find two versions of our application—choose the one that works best for you. Once submitted, we’ll review your application and get back to you, whether or not you’ve been accepted. Please read and answer all of the questions thoroughly.

Google Application – Fill out and submit the form online.
PDF Application – Download, complete, and return it to us. (Preferred method of submission)

If neither option works for you, feel free to screenshot the application and fill it out digitally, or print it, complete it by hand, and send us a picture of the filled-out form. We appreciate your time and can’t wait to learn more about you! If you have an Apple iPhone, you should be able to view and edit using the 'Books" app. Once the application is complete, exit the form (no need to save), click the 3 dots and share to the form to our email.
