Help Ordering A Product


How do I purchase a product?

To select a product first thing you have to do is

1. Decide which category your looking for.

2. Use your mouse to hover over the category and select the cut of the item you would like.

3. Select which fabric type you would like to use theFabric Selector to help you decide if your unsure.

4. Select the color you want by clicking on the swatch, or using the dropdown box. Try out different colors see what you like, we have a lot of choices so pick the perfect color for you.

5. Select the size you want. all our sizes are standard, but if you are unsure what size to order check out theSizing Chart.

6. Simply click on the add to cart button, and when your shopping cart comes up either click check out if your done, or continue shopping.

7. Enjoy your new custom product!

How long does it take to make my clothing item?

All of dance wear items are made to order, custom, just for you. We do not carry stock of our merchandise, just stock of fabric and materials to create your order. We generally say it will take about 2-3 weeks before your item will be shipped out but this can vary based on workload. You can also request a rush on your order. If you have any concerns please call us at 1-888-559-3331 or email us here.

Where can I see reviews for your site and products?

You can see the review for each product on the product page it self. We are still a new site, so not all our products have been reviewed. After you buy the item please leave a nice review and we might reward you with something :).

How can I add reviews?

1. Login to you account

2. Navigate to the specific item you want to review.

3. Click on the link below the related items on the bottom of the page "Share your knowledge of this product. Be the first to write a review »"

Simply put your email in the box at the bottom left of the screen and we will add you to our awesome newsletter!


Problems with Order/Returns


My order never arrived. What do I do?

Double check the tracking number that was emailed to you, if it says "Delivered" check with the courier to see if they can offer any information. If your item was not "Delivered" or "In Transit", please contact us at 1-888-559-3331 .

An item is missing from my shipment. What do I do?

Double check that you don't have all the items you ordered, if not call 1-888-559-3331 or email us at [email protected].

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer care team within 7 Days of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee you will love anything you buy from us. If you don't simply call 1-888-559-3331 and we will process a refund, exchange or store credit for all orders returned within 30 days of receiving it. Note that we do not accept returned orders that have been rushed, are altered/damaged, were customized or were yardage of fabric. Please review our full policy fill out a return form, make sure the tags are attached and its within 30 days as well. If you have a concern about sizing or color matching contact us and we can help you out.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. You can always call us at 1-888-559-3331 or email us at [email protected].

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
